Gave intake person the information of my incident, my case was excepted the next day. The place that I fell was served and insurance company of the property was served I received email with amount harrell and Harrell was demanding for my fall. Then after 4 to 5 months later I receive an email from a paralegal saying harrell and Harrell could no longer represent me with no explanation. I came to H&H after my accident because they are a family company and I got the impression, after talking to two other major firms, that their caring attitudes were real. I could not get through to a lawyer at either of the two firms and after talking with Nancy Greg (paralegal) and a brief hold, I was speaking to an attorney. Nov.19,12, my husband and I were in a car accident on the interstate. Due to someone swerving in our lane, we were forced to swerve into another lane and lost control of the car, our car flipped several times until it was right side up again.
