I feel that I always have to reach out to them on updates about the case .(yr later ) No response hardly , bills still piling up with negative consequences . Really losing faith , but they still want the 33%.

I was a victim of hit and run where I suffered a back injury and property damage which resulted in my car being totalled in Spring 2019. The offender had a rental car that was insured by the rental company through their own liability entity. Since they are not an insurance company rather a liability company, they were able to leverage the system to their favor. They gave a a low settlement offer which I refused and signed with Harrell & Harrell based on recommendations from friends. I was assigned a paralegal to help me settle the case in good faith. Unfortunately that didn't work since the liability company used the pandemic to their benefit to drag the case all the way to Summer 2020.
