I called them the day after my son was bitten by a dog in Jan 2021. They gave me full confidence that it would be an easy case as I was seeking compensation for the medical bill. I went through the whole process with them and today ,7 MONTHS later! They send me a letter telling me they will not accept the case. Super disappointed!!

Unfriendly, dismissive, non-communicative, unresponsive, and obfuscated in every sense of the word when we tried to attain outside monetary assistance. Do yourself a favor and seek counsel elsewhere.
