I was rear ended and the person who hit me had the same insurance carrier as I had, my insurance company has always been good. I hadn’t planned to get a lawyer because I trusted my Insurance carrier to treat me fairly but my friends kept recommending I at least talk to a lawyer. After speaking to Harrell and Harrell I decided to use them and I’m glad I did. My car was totaled and I was seeing a pain specialist because of my injuries. Using Harrell and Harrell I was awarded enough to pay off the balance of my new car loan and still had funds left to pay for ongoing medical expenses and put some away. My insurance company was offering a settlement in the 4 digit range initially but Harrell and Harrell was able to get me in the 6 digit range, I wouldn’t have gotten it without Harrel and Harrell. Everyone I worked with at Harrell and Harrell was professional, friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Harrell and Harrell.

I loved Rosanna Wilcox she made sure every step of the way through the whole process she kept in very good contact with me letting me know exactly what's going on. I also loved that she was there any time I needed her she was quick responding to anyone form of contact all in all Harrell & Harrell was very good to me. Great experience during a really difficult time. Holt, Sarah, and Julie were informative and professional. They really seemed to work in my best interest. Depending on your situation, be prepared for the lengthy process and the possibility that the percentage for the attorney fees may increase given the gravity of the case.
