After my accident I reached out to Harrell & Harrell, Morgan & Morgan, and Farah & Farah. It became clear immediately that Harrell & Harrell was different than the other two law firms. HH did a great job making me feel as though my accident mattered. Even though I know I'm one of many clients I never felt like just another number. Everyone I spoke to and worked with from my initial first contact to the last was personable, friendly, professional. HH went above and beyond helping me in areas that were not always part of their responsibilities. They answered my many questions in prompt manners at all times. I never felt ill informed. They provided explanations of steps from start to finish were as expected. I appreciate the customer service HH provided, it certainly stands out in today's world. I highly recommend Harrell & Harrell and would certainly utilize their expertise again should an unfortunate circumstance require it.
