The reason I sought out legal representation was because I was continually being dismissed and felt as if I wasn’t being listened to. And I think that’s what so many of us want after we get an injury at the fault of someone else’s carelessness. Monetary compensation of course helps with medical bills and the emotional distress that comes with life altering events, but having someone look at you and genuinely want to help gives you hope in humanity. From the moment I called Harrell and Harrell I was listened to, i stated from the beginning I just wanted to keep going to the doctor because I was still in pain and the providers I was seeing kept giving the same answer of “the images don’t show anything”. All the staff at Harrell and Harrell walked me through the legal steps and insurance policies, all the while making sure I was cared for properly by the health providers, and walking through emotions with me and ensuring I was cared for with professionals in that area. And, yes, they also fought for all the compensation I was entitled to that the insurance companies were hiding in the fine print. I’ve learned that it is not cowardice to call an attorney, it is required to protect yourself. I whole heartedly recommend Harrell and Harrell for any personal injury misfortune that may impact life.

I was a victim of hit and run where I suffered a back injury and property damage which resulted in my car being totalled in Spring 2019. The offender had a rental car that was insured by the rental company through their own liability entity. Since they are not an insurance company rather a liability company, they were able to leverage the system to their favor. They gave a a low settlement offer which I refused and signed with Harrell & Harrell based on recommendations from friends. I was assigned a paralegal to help me settle the case in good faith. Unfortunately that didn't work since the liability company used the pandemic to their benefit to drag the case all the way to Summer 2020. That's when my paralegal forwarded my case to Attorney Amy Carrasquillo. Ms. Carrasquillo was able to settle my case inside of 30 days for more than 15 times the settlement offer I was given by the liability company! The whole process was frustrating. Every time I either spoke to Nicole (attorney) or corresponded with her regarding my daughter, she was extremely condescending. I felt like I was being talked to like I was the insurance company..like I was stupid. We have never been through something like this and I feel she could have a better bedside manor. She is supposed to guide people throughout this process with out making it worse for the victims
