After my accident with a semi truck, I contacted Harrell and Harrell. They asked me a few questions then had one of their best attorneys in the field (Billie J. Taylor) to work with me. Ms. Taylor and her team, spoke to me with respect and genuine care about how I was doing. She worked so hard for me, even when I thought I was wasting her time, she encouraged me. I could not have had a better experience. My case took a while but she never gave up. I appreciate her work ethics and character. Very professional yet easy to talk to.

Choosing a law firm to represent me in my accident case was new to me. I conducted my research and found that I needed 3 things: 1 - A local law firm well entrenched in the immediate/regional legal community. 2 - a law firm with a solid history of success for their clients and. 3 - a firm with an extremely professional, yet caring (comfortable to deal with) team from top to bottom. From initial consultation thru finality, I received the most straight-forward, factual advice on how to move forward in a positive fashion. My team of paralegals Nancy, Kim, Carrie And Pam were all sheer perfection in their advice, updates and due diligence, and 24-7 were just a phonecall away to PERSONALLY answer/return my call without fail. Rene advised me and put me at ease on all of the big issues and time lines involved in the case. This allowed me to mentally prepare for the long haul so to speak, which in my view is critical...stay the course. Katie, what can I say ? Call them and they got back to me very quickly and took my case. Was in a very bad motorcycle accident. With over a million dollars in bills they took care of it all. Haven't received the money yet from the settlement but definitely recommend.
