Choosing a law firm to represent me in my accident case was new to me. I conducted my research and found that I needed 3 things: 1 - A local law firm well entrenched in the immediate/regional legal community. 2 - a law firm with a solid history of success for their clients and. 3 - a firm with an extremely professional, yet caring (comfortable to deal with) team from top to bottom. From initial consultation thru finality, I received the most straight-forward, factual advice on how to move forward in a positive fashion. My team of paralegals Nancy, Kim, Carrie And Pam were all sheer perfection in their advice, updates and due diligence, and 24-7 were just a phonecall away to PERSONALLY answer/return my call without fail. Rene advised me and put me at ease on all of the big issues and time lines involved in the case. This allowed me to mentally prepare for the long haul so to speak, which in my view is critical...stay the course. Katie, what can I say ? Words cannot express my gratitude for your calming effect, caring demeanor, yet firm advice through the end process when all was on the line. Sorry I "wrote a book" here in this review, but in closing, if you are going into a legal battle, heavily arm yourself and have good Intel with Harrell and Harrell. Your life has been affected, and losing is not an option ! Thanks Again to the entire Harrell and Harrell Firm !!!

I made a call and spoke to Finn who said someone would call me back and 2 weeks later I had to call back for him to state they could not handle a nursing home neglect matter. He said he left a message which was false no one called. He provided no explanation nor apology. Not impressed with the handling of potential client calls. Not at all like their advertising.

Nov.19,12, my husband and I were in a car accident on the interstate. Due to someone swerving in our lane, we were forced to swerve into another lane and lost control of the car, our car flipped several times until it was right side up again. Until this day I cannot express the trauma my husband and I faced. Needless to say we were intensely banged up. We called Harrell and Harrell. Jeff came out to take our information the day we got out of the hospital (which was a week later). Afterwards all of our conversations were with our Paralegal. My husband is the bread winner between us and he was out of work for almost 3 months and If it were not for the Paralegal team at this Law Firm, our financial situation would have been devastating. I'd like to thank Paralegals Ms. Delores Stuart and Ms. Lauralee Rodriguez for EVERYTHING!! If a law firm is only as good as their paralegals, then the law firm of Harrell and Harrell is "THE BOMB" and I do mean that in a good way. Everything was handled and settled exactly 3 months to the day of our accident. My husband and I cannot thank you enough. God is good.
