Last summer we were rear ended on the highway coming home from vacation and i suffered spinal injuries because of how hard we were hit. Both insurance companies involved denied any fault and refused to pay when i called them. I immediately called Harrell and Harrell and i am so glad that i did. They were so kind, i was so overwhelmed and emotional and hurt and they treated me with care and compassion, gathered all the information and went to battle for me. They took care of everything and got the insurance companies to pay everything that was needed. Im so thankful for them and their help during a really hard season in our life. I have never felt more supported and protected as I did with Julissa and Jessica at Harrell and Harrell. I had never been in an accident or involved in a lawsuit and even though I was anxious and terrified most of the time, Julissa and Jessica of Harrell and Harrell where literally my saving grace. I felt so protected throughout the entire process. Anytime I started to feel anxious or overwhelmed Julissa and Jessica always put my mind at ease and they took care of everything for me but continuously kept me filled in every step of the way. I was aware of everything that took place but I was never burdened with any of the work. Kelly Zurlo. Gregory Schlax. Remember them, for they are mighty warriors. Kelly Zurlo is the one I talked to in order to turn in my main quest. She has labored countless hours to spread dread and fear and despair in the very hearts of the raid bosses. She carried me through every raid boss. And even helped me complete all my side quests. They were fully geared with legendary items and full legendary enchantments. So advanced, the raid bosses refused to fight us and just settled and gave my team whatever they asked for. Highly recommend to everyone if you need to be carried through some tough raid bosses. You are treated like family.
