To begin with, just contacting Harrell and Harrell from the start was very welcoming. Mr. Matt Roach and his team Ms. Rachel and Ms. Lillian were very responsive when it came to communication. The team never made me think twice. They all made me feel like a partner of the firm, and not just some client! (Big Flex 💪🏽) Mr. Matt definitely let you voice your opinions. I highly recommend this firm for personal injury.

I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am to Amy, Laura and Kimberly. They listened to me, every word, every complaint, even thru the tears. The compassion they showed me thru this ordeal was beyond words. There was never a time that they were not available to talk and guide me in the right direction. David Black and Amy Seamon were the best in helping with my 86 year old mother's claim for a horrible car accident. They were both so caring about my poor mom who's way of life was changed drastically due to the accident. They were both very compassionate about getting my mom some justice due to another person's carelessness. Great group of professionals from start to finish...I had my accident in March of 17 and it has been a long complicated road with my back injury...and of course the big insurance company did not care at all...but everyone at this office did....always there when I called and prompt response to all emails...brenda and patty get things done and Adam Regar is the man...I hope I never have to fight a big insurance company again but if I do I will call this office...thank you all for your help
