Carmen Byrd has been truly amazing. Throughout my case Carmen has kept regular contact with me notifying me of every change to my case and making sure that I had a good understanding of what was happening. Carmen also made sure that I was getting the care that I deserved from good doctors and that all of my medical needs were met. Carmen did not make me feel like just another client- she made me feel like family. In a time a of desperation and need she went above and beyond to help me and my family and for that I’m so grateful for her. I could not imagine having went through my ordeal without her by my side. Laura lee was super patient and determined! She always kept me motivated and optimistic about the outcome of my settlement, she made sure every one of my concerns were answered. I RARELY had questions because she was always way ahead of them. She made sure to get to our goal and didn't disappoint me at all, I would recommend her to anybody!
