I have to constantly call to get updates on my case, as this is my first experience dealing with a lawyer I'm not happy with the way things are going. I get told I would recieve a call on a certain day for an update only for 3 to 4 weeks later still no phone call. It seems as if it's the norm to do this because I get told the same thing when ever I get in touch with my lawyer. I was also told by another employee that my paperwork had not been updated for about 5 months. I now have 3 medical bills on my credit report for collections and my credit score has went down. After experiencing what I have so far I cannot recommend anyone for services here until I see some changes.

I had the pleasure of working with Allison Champion at Harrell and Harrell, as they were trying to help us after my daughter was involved in a car accident, where she was a passenger. Allison investigated the matter and helped me to understand what steps I should take in order to resolve this matter. They were not able to recovery any extra money for us, because the person at fault had very low liability limits, but she guided me through the process and helped me to understand what steps I need to take next to pay the medical bills that will be coming. After all was said and done, they didn't charge me any fees, even though she worked tirelessly to find those extra funds. Thank you to Allison, and to Harrell and Harrell, for trying to help.
