WOW!! What an insane year. Early 2020, guys blows a red light, and totaled my friends car. I had no clue which direction to go or what to do next, until I called H&H...... What.A.Team. The Ladies I had the opportunity to meet went 1000% above and beyond for me. I never felt like I was a bother, if I had questions. Easy to get ahold of. Very clear and informative.They are always on time and on point!!! They step CORRECT!!! Renee, Nicole and Kim are a P.A. DREAM TEAM!! They are a credit to Jacksonville. After my accident with a semi truck, I contacted Harrell and Harrell. They asked me a few questions then had one of their best attorneys in the field (Billie J. Taylor) to work with me. Ms. Taylor and her team, spoke to me with respect and genuine care about how I was doing. She worked so hard for me, even when I thought I was wasting her time, she encouraged me. I could not have had a better experience. My case took a while but she never gave up. I appreciate her work ethics and character. Very professional yet easy to talk to.
