Nick Lake is fantastic. Working with him is a joy...his firm, not so much. Its unfortunate because all the way through I felt very cared for and then when it became time to "close the deal" so to speak, it seems like things went a little haywire. When dealing with Renee Harrell, I felt very much like a transaction instead of a person and that was disappointing. I actually just decided to settle because I didnt want to deal with it anymore. I would work with Nick again, but not Harrell and Harrell. I give Nick a 5 and Harrell & Harrell a 1 to average out as a 3.

I was told that I had a very good case with witness, however after over a year they bowed out send me to another attorney, not of my choosing, and nothing happened so far. I was kept out of the loop, with both attorneys - most of the time, and had to fire both attorneys. Go some place else.

I was rear ended and the person who hit me had the same insurance carrier as I had, my insurance company has always been good. I hadn’t planned to get a lawyer because I trusted my Insurance carrier to treat me fairly but my friends kept recommending I at least talk to a lawyer. After speaking to Harrell and Harrell I decided to use them and I’m glad I did. My car was totaled and I was seeing a pain specialist because of my injuries. Using Harrell and Harrell I was awarded enough to pay off the balance of my new car loan and still had funds left to pay for ongoing medical expenses and put some away.
