Great experience with Harrell & Harrell! They definitely set the bar with how personal injury law firms should be treating their clients. Allison was my case manager. She was a wonderful and responsive advocate who was always willing to make necessary calls and follow up with me. I use to work with attorneys and law firms and I can say with confidence, paralegals really are the heart of any good firm. They are the ones pulling all the strings, advocating for client's rights, streamlining processes, addressing payment and making client's feel heard and respected. So if it were up to me, they should all get big fat Christmas bonuses this year! Allison went above and beyond my expectations and now I can end the year with more peace than it started. I had a good experience in the beginning of my workman's comp. case Max Smith was awesome also Stephanie Scento, Awesome ppl. Always answered any questions, calls,ect. Unfortunately Max was climbing his career ladder, and went on to new adventures. The lawyer Anthony "Mark" Papa. was given my cases. I waited 2 weeks before I had to call him to introduce myself. After that brief phone call, I didn't hear from Mr Papa for another 2 weeks. Only 3 days before my court date i was called to get him brought up to speed on my case. I wasn't impressed at all.
