I had a good experience in the beginning of my workman's comp. case Max Smith was awesome also Stephanie Scento, Awesome ppl. Always answered any questions, calls,ect. Unfortunately Max was climbing his career ladder, and went on to new adventures. The lawyer Anthony "Mark" Papa. was given my cases. I waited 2 weeks before I had to call him to introduce myself. After that brief phone call, I didn't hear from Mr Papa for another 2 weeks. Only 3 days before my court date i was called to get him brought up to speed on my case. I wasn't impressed at all.

To begin with, just contacting Harrell and Harrell from the start was very welcoming. Mr. Matt Roach and his team Ms. Rachel and Ms. Lillian were very responsive when it came to communication. The team never made me think twice. They all made me feel like a partner of the firm, and not just some client! (Big Flex 💪🏽) Mr. Matt definitely let you voice your opinions. I highly recommend this firm for personal injury.

The paralegal Beth Osburn was absolutely incredible. Her assistance, dedication, responsiveness, encouragement, and overall compassion helped me through an incredibly difficult time. I never believed I would need to consult an attorney and was somewhat negatively biased in my expectation of how that experience might be. However, based on my experience with Harrell and Harrell, I have recommended and will continue to recommend them to anyone put in the difficult situation of needing legal counsel/assistance.
