The reason I sought out legal representation was because I was continually being dismissed and felt as if I wasn’t being listened to. And I think that’s what so many of us want after we get an injury at the fault of someone else’s carelessness. Monetary compensation of course helps with medical bills and the emotional distress that comes with life altering events, but having someone look at you and genuinely want to help gives you hope in humanity. From the moment I called Harrell and Harrell I was listened to, i stated from the beginning I just wanted to keep going to the doctor because I was still in pain and the providers I was seeing kept giving the same answer of “the images don’t show anything”. All the staff at Harrell and Harrell walked me through the legal steps and insurance policies, all the while making sure I was cared for properly by the health providers, and walking through emotions with me and ensuring I was cared for with professionals in that area.
