I had a good experience in the beginning of my workman's comp. case Max Smith was awesome also Stephanie Scento, Awesome ppl. Always answered any questions, calls,ect. Unfortunately Max was climbing his career ladder, and went on to new adventures. The lawyer Anthony "Mark" Papa. was given my cases. I waited 2 weeks before I had to call him to introduce myself. After that brief phone call, I didn't hear from Mr Papa for another 2 weeks. Only 3 days before my court date i was called to get him brought up to speed on my case. I wasn't impressed at all.

Cannot keep computer service working properly. It was out for over a day. I am editing this review. I DID NOT WRITE THIS REVIEW 3 MONTHS AGO. I didnt know them enough to give a review at that time. I at this time would give them 4 stars.

Wasn’t pleased with my experience. Failed to answer calls and return them. Also wouldn’t respond to emails. Just very poor communication all around.

I feel that I always have to reach out to them on updates about the case .(yr later ) No response hardly , bills still piling up with negative consequences . Really losing faith , but they still want the 33%.

I will let everyone know my experience with this law firm was anything but positive. I had a uncle that was abused in a nursing home. I went to this law firm and was treated with no care or concern about my case. I was assigned a attorney in Orlando how would not return calls and when he did he was very sort with me. I only saw him one time and that was the day on my deposition. They settled for only insurance lo ey which didn't even cover my uncles hospital bills. I would never recommend this group.
