Nick Lake is fantastic. Working with him is a joy...his firm, not so much. Its unfortunate because all the way through I felt very cared for and then when it became time to "close the deal" so to speak, it seems like things went a little haywire. When dealing with Renee Harrell, I felt very much like a transaction instead of a person and that was disappointing. I actually just decided to settle because I didnt want to deal with it anymore. I would work with Nick again, but not Harrell and Harrell. I give Nick a 5 and Harrell & Harrell a 1 to average out as a 3.

They were very professional and considerate. But over all if they don't get to make a certain amount off of you, they tell you there is NOTHING they can do for you...your not worth their time. Sad how expensively it is for ethics now a days. So much for the little guy in here. If your money is flowing they will be great.
