I came into Harrell and Harrell broken. Other firms turned me away and wouldn't take my case. When I explained everything that happened to my mother and me Tracy took my case. The day I walked out of that office was the day I got my life back. I was able to give it all to Harrell and Harrell. I feel like a huge burden was lifted off of my shoulders and my heart!!! I was treated like I was their only client ( which I knew I wasn't Lol). I was guided through this case step by step. I never felt alone, there was never a time I felt that I couldn't ask a question or bring up a point. If I reached out I received a response almost immediately. I am so satisfied with Harrell and Harrell. I don't think they realize the impact they have on people's lives. It just seemed so natural to them. The level of care and professionalism was top tier. It felt good to be represented by this firm. I could tell that people knew they meant business. Overall, I am able to live the rest of my life knowing that justice was served for my mom. I was stuck and now I can move on as she would want me to. Thank you Tracy, Julie, Amanda, The Receptionist at the front desk and all of the other and women of this firm. Choosing a law firm to represent me in my accident case was new to me. I conducted my research and found that I needed 3 things: 1 - A local law firm well entrenched in the immediate/regional legal community. 2 - a law firm with a solid history of success for their clients and. 3 - a firm with an extremely professional, yet caring (comfortable to deal with) team from top to bottom. From initial consultation thru finality, I received the most straight-forward, factual advice on how to move forward in a positive fashion. My team of paralegals Nancy, Kim, Carrie And Pam were all sheer perfection in their advice, updates and due diligence, and 24-7 were just a phonecall away to PERSONALLY answer/return my call without fail. Rene advised me and put me at ease on all of the big issues and time lines involved in the case. This allowed me to mentally prepare for the long haul so to speak, which in my view is critical...stay the course. Katie, what can I say ? Words cannot express my gratitude for your calming effect, caring demeanor, yet firm advice through the end process when all was on the line. Sorry I "wrote a book" here in this review, but in closing, if you are going into a legal battle, heavily arm yourself and have good Intel with Harrell and Harrell. I just saw bill harrell on TV and thought to rate my experience ...I was in a terrible reck. As i was seeking help, he took me to his office in his personal car and made sure I had a ride home. At his office Nacy took very well care of me and got me my settlement exactly when she said she would ...I dealt with the same few people and everyone was professional, convient and no one never made me feel like I was calling too much or asking too many questions.... I have no regrets in doing business with them and if I reck again I know their number by hard!!!
