I really had a lot of faith in Harrell & Harrell but then not only failed to do there job with my personal injury case but they also mailed me a letter to let me know they not going forward with my case after 3 months of trusting them. Never helped me see not one doctor. Even emailed the paralegal Janet Short who was working on my case and wouldn't receive an email back nor a phone call. Have an email saying she would let me know of the doctors in my area that they work with but never did. I suffer everyday and they just drop my case with no hesitation. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Bad experience they promise a lot, but I constantly had to tell them about the mistakes they made. They didn't go over the cost from the insurance after I sent them all the paperwork. Simple mistakes harrell company should have caught but didn't look over the paperwork. I would not recommend them for any legal work! After you sign on the dotted line it's hard to get them to do there job. I ended up paying a lot more than I should have because of there neglect and not keeping up with the paperwork they had me send them. Get another attorney don't use Harrell and Harrell.

Harrell and Harrell settling for way less than you deserve. I've been dealing with them for 2 years October makes 3 years over a car accident and the settlement never changes. I've been so tired of dealing with these people 21 days ago I signed the paper to get my check she said it was going to be 10 days before I got it but I still haven't. She is also getting more than I am, the person who went through the trauma, for making very few phone calls over my case. Don't waste your time with this place it's not even worth it I had to pay more for my replacement car than what I'm getting

I went to this law firm and was treated with no care or concern about my case. I was assigned a attorney in Orlando how would not return calls and when he did he was very sort with me. I only saw him one time and that was the day on my deposition. They settled for only insurance lo ey which didn't even cover my uncles hospital bills. I would never recommend this group.

I wouldn't recommend them. While I was going through my case I suffered. They will line their pockets. I could never borrow money on my case to pay bills. I had to sit there while my life was falling apart. When tried to get an update on what the plan was my lawyer was out a whole week. When asked about things I got excuses.

My first experience with Harrell & Harrell was very compassionate, I was so sick and did not have a clue about the Social Security Disability process, only that I had paid in for 30 years and was totally unable to work....I had a person interview with Mr. Papas, he and Christina took over and as I got medical treatment he handled the details with SS. I provided all requested information in a timely manner and the only call I received from SS was that my attorney was on the case and making certain the proper timelines were adhered to. My case was approved and expedited on first application. Having the benefits has tremendously improved my quality of life. The second experience I had with Harrell & Harrell was due to a personal injury. I was hurt and frustrated, going around with a concussion. Mr. Schlax and his legal secretary Lauralee were always available to me during my frustrations, pain and insecurities along with many legal dynamic questions. Nov.19,12, my husband and I were in a car accident on the interstate. Due to someone swerving in our lane, we were forced to swerve into another lane and lost control of the car, our car flipped several times until it was right side up again. Until this day I cannot express the trauma my husband and I faced. Needless to say we were intensely banged up. We called Harrell and Harrell. Jeff came out to take our information the day we got out of the hospital (which was a week later). Afterwards all of our conversations were with our Paralegal. My husband is the bread winner between us and he was out of work for almost 3 months and If it were not for the Paralegal team at this Law Firm, our financial situation would have been devastating.
