The law firm is professional and they stay in touch with you in a weekly basis weather it’s text, email or a quick call. Harrell and Harrell was their to any all my questions as fast as possible.if they didn’t have an answer Harrell and Harrell would let you know as soon as they had an answer. I have to constantly call to get updates on my case, as this is my first experience dealing with a lawyer I'm not happy with the way things are going. I get told I would recieve a call on a certain day for an update only for 3 to 4 weeks later still no phone call. It seems as if it's the norm to do this because I get told the same thing when ever I get in touch with my lawyer. I was also told by another employee that my paperwork had not been updated for about 5 months. I now have 3 medical bills on my credit report for collections and my credit score has went down. After experiencing what I have so far I cannot recommend anyone for services here until I see some changes.
