I just received my final settlement check today and I wanted to take a second to thank you, Amy and your firm for all the time, energy and hard work. I appreciate you making yourself available to take my questions and putting in the extra effort in explaining everything as we went. Amy is one sharp young lady; she was always very pleasant to talk with and I really felt like I was always kept in the loop, and that alone made this whole thing significantly less stressful. I was very surprised when Amy called to tell me I had a little more money coming; I know she went out of her way to work with my medical vendors and that just went a really long way with me. I feel the settlement that I received was fair and definitely provides the security one needs to have when in a situation like this.
