I came into Harrell and Harrell broken. Other firms turned me away and wouldn't take my case. When I explained everything that happened to my mother and me Tracy took my case. The day I walked out of that office was the day I got my life back. I was able to give it all to Harrell and Harrell. I feel like a huge burden was lifted off of my shoulders and my heart!!! I was treated like I was their only client ( which I knew I wasn't Lol). I was guided through this case step by step. I never felt alone, there was never a time I felt that I couldn't ask a question or bring up a point. If I reached out I received a response almost immediately. I am so satisfied with Harrell and Harrell. I don't think they realize the impact they have on people's lives. It just seemed so natural to them. The level of care and professionalism was top tier. It felt good to be represented by this firm. I could tell that people knew they meant business. Overall, I am able to live the rest of my life knowing that justice was served for my mom. I was stuck and now I can move on as she would want me to. Thank you Tracy, Julie, Amanda, The Receptionist at the front desk and all of the other and women of this firm. I had life changing injury and . This office did a frat job. I was able to handle a year long case via email and phone . Mrs Nicole and Mrs Kim Macy showed me patience kindness and kept me up to par on everything that was going . Any questions or concerns I had along the way , the answered with care. These two women deserve their flowers for how well they helped me with this traumatic experience. There was never a bad conversation or energy that came from them . Their kindness really helped me get through this time . I recommend this office to anyone that is not familiar with handing injuries and worry about not being treated fault .
