This was my first time having to look for a lawyer and experience. The second I walked into the office I was treated as a person and not someone to make money off of. Everyone I spoke to treated me with respect and kindness. I was lucky to have Nicole Coutu represent me in my case. Nicole was very smart, kind and most importantly always made sure I knew what was going on and that I understood everything throughout every step of the case, which she did win.
