From the beginning of my case, Carmen, was exceptionally well. She answered every call, email, etc. promptly. She’s just phenomenal, and she reassured me everything would be fine. Makes you feel at ease, when you know someone is really on your side, and she’s just that. Thank you 😊

My accident was the most horrible experience ever, but Kelly took such great care of everything I didn't have to stress or worry about anything she went above and beyond I felt as though I wasn't just a case to her I was actually important and my concerns were her concerns also. If I'm ever in another situation where I need legal help I'll come right back to Harrell and Harrell and ask for Kelly. She was amazing.
