A HUGE thanks to Matt Hinsen, Greg Schlax, and Nancy Gregg!! Not only did you get me an outcome I wasn't expecting (Merry Christmas to me!!), but you made a rough experience so much easier. While I had interaction with everyone along the way, Nancy was my main go-to. She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained very clearly to me...and the tough stuff was either mapped out or taken care of for me. I had no worries along the way. I hope I'm never in this situation again, but if I am, I will without a doubt come back to Harrell & Harrell!! Highly recommended by me to anyone who asks!

Long post* I got in a car accident the last day of 2019 Harrell and Harrell accepted my case quickly. Helped me find a doctor who eventually did my shoulder surgery, all while helping me with things like funding for surgery and personal expenses. And most importantly at one point I had given up I told miss Alison and Mr. Greg whatever the next offer is take it life was getting to me they both understood but told me my case was worth more (thankfully I listened) and a week later they settled for policy limits more then I originally thought I was going to get. Very kind, knowledgeable and caring. Good team to have my case settled in under 11 months and they are still helping me to reduce Liens so I can get more money in my pocket Thank you Greg and Alison and your entire team!

I was a victim of hit and run where I suffered a back injury and property damage which resulted in my car being totalled in Spring 2019. The offender had a rental car that was insured by the rental company through their own liability entity. Since they are not an insurance company rather a liability company, they were able to leverage the system to their favor. They gave a a low settlement offer which I refused and signed with Harrell & Harrell based on recommendations from friends. I was assigned a paralegal to help me settle the case in good faith. Unfortunately that didn't work since the liability company used the pandemic to their benefit to drag the case all the way to Summer 2020. That's when my paralegal forwarded my case to Attorney Amy Carrasquillo. Ms. Carrasquillo was able to settle my case inside of 30 days for more than 15 times the settlement offer I was given by the liability company! My case was resolved without any problems. I was fortunate to be referred to Coastal Spine and Pain for physical therapy and injections in my neck for pain. Their relationship with Harrell & Harrell gave me both excellant care and the documentation for a favorable results. I have several friends that began cases with several of the other firms who offer personal injury services and advertise much. Every case and the details are challenging , and those friends have been " in the process " with very little communication after 5 years. So glad I chose Harrell & Harrell! I had been in several accidents in my life and never considered going to a lawyer. Even this time , I was doubtful anything could be gained from the mess. Glad now that I caved in to at least a consultation. As always , be careful when driving for your sake as well as any passengers and other drivers. You don't want to be dead right. I was referred to the firm by a valued professional to help me with my worker’s compensation claim. They have been fantastic in following through as well as follow ups with my adjuster and petitioning the court for my rights for medical treatment that have been ordered by my doctor. There is however, one person specifically who I’d like to point out and that is Tiffany. She is the paralegal to my attorney Estonna Garrett. Tiffany has replied back by phone or email immediately time after time. She has been extremely patient and kind and understanding as well as knowledgeable with me and all that I’ve been going through. It’s difficult being hurt and in pain but having someone who is in your corner trying to make sure you are getting the necessary treatments and appointments to get better is amazing. The paralegal Nicole that works for mine and my fiancee case does not call with updates. When I do happen to call it seems like I am a problem when calling to ask questions. I really dont think its professional to act like that especially when its someone's first time hiring a lawyer. Communication there is none. You always have to call them .
