I was referred to the firm by a valued professional to help me with my worker’s compensation claim. They have been fantastic in following through as well as follow ups with my adjuster and petitioning the court for my rights for medical treatment that have been ordered by my doctor. There is however, one person specifically who I’d like to point out and that is Tiffany. She is the paralegal to my attorney Estonna Garrett. Tiffany has replied back by phone or email immediately time after time. She has been extremely patient and kind and understanding as well as knowledgeable with me and all that I’ve been going through. It’s difficult being hurt and in pain but having someone who is in your corner trying to make sure you are getting the necessary treatments and appointments to get better is amazing. I cannot stress enough how lucky this firm is to have her working for them. She is, in my opinion, the most professional and caring person helping me through this ordeal. I value her tremendously! I give her and the firm 5 stars!

Great experience with Harrell & Harrell! They definitely set the bar with how personal injury law firms should be treating their clients. Allison was my case manager. She was a wonderful and responsive advocate who was always willing to make necessary calls and follow up with me. I use to work with attorneys and law firms and I can say with confidence, paralegals really are the heart of any good firm. Would never ever look at this firm again this firm took on my case and took on another case and was getting everything mixed up. Got the wrong name on my demand offers the wrong dates and they kept on advising me to sign it and they’ll correct it so I requested a little bit more information and to see what’s going on. They told me that my injuries and my pain is not worth it. They couldn’t even get the details right unprofessional would never look twice at them
