The paralegal Nicole that works for mine and my fiancee case does not call with updates. When I do happen to call it seems like I am a problem when calling to ask questions. I really dont think its professional to act like that especially when its someone's first time hiring a lawyer. Communication there is none. You always have to call them .

My accident was the most horrible experience ever, but Kelly took such great care of everything I didn't have to stress or worry about anything she went above and beyond I felt as though I wasn't just a case to her I was actually important and my concerns were her concerns also. If I'm ever in another situation where I need legal help I'll come right back to Harrell and Harrell and ask for Kelly. She was amazing.

I call this firm to get help for an eyes injury, after telling me they were going to help me all they did was waist my time it took them almost 2 years to realize they couldn't help me dont recommend this law firm to no one very sorry I chose them
