My team of paralegals Nancy, Kim, Carrie And Pam were all sheer perfection in their advice, updates and due diligence, and 24-7 were just a phonecall away to PERSONALLY answer/return my call without fail. Rene advised me and put me at ease on all of the big issues and time lines involved in the case. This allowed me to mentally prepare for the long haul so to speak, which in my view is critical...stay the course. Katie, what can I say ? Words cannot express my gratitude for your calming effect, caring demeanor, yet firm advice through the end process when all was on the line. Sorry I "wrote a book" here in this review, but in closing, if you are going into a legal battle, heavily arm yourself and have good Intel with Harrell and Harrell. I had the best experience with Harrell and Harrell. Mr. Black was amazing throughout the entire thing and always kind and helpful. He always made sure I understood everything. Haleigh was amazing, always friendly, and did everything she could to make my experience easier. The woman at the front desk was very friendly as well every time I went there!
