I made a call and spoke to Finn who said someone would call me back and 2 weeks later I had to call back for him to state they could not handle a nursing home neglect matter. He said he left a message which was false no one called. He provided no explanation nor apology. Not impressed with the handling of potential client calls. Not at all like their advertising.

I saw on tv their comercial about the service that they provide for people that has been in car accident i call them they where very professional on aswering my Stacie was the person who aswer my question where was super nice n professional on mine case she know was she was talking about events they couldn't help she advice me to what todo n said if u have anymore questions please call us back i will definitely will call them for them to help any body with there case thanks u stacie for your your help keep up the great service .marco mejia

They didnt want to take my case. But then i found out they have so many people calling for their services, they cannot possibly take every single one. Good firm.

i have a serious rare brain disorder and was injured at a store, i said what happened over live chat, i was then called my representative loraleigh /loralee and i dont mind being referred to another attorney but the laughing while it was said cuz of the circumstances pertaining to my case was uncalled for, you Madam are very rude, if you have employees like this they are letting cases get away, and leaving seriously injured clients very disrespected
