The whole process was frustrating. Every time I either spoke to Nicole (attorney) or corresponded with her regarding my daughter, she was extremely condescending. I felt like I was being talked to like I was the insurance company..like I was stupid. We have never been through something like this and I feel she could have a better bedside manor. She is supposed to guide people throughout this process with out making it worse for the victims

I have had an amazing and wonderful experience with Kelly, Haleigh, Amy, Ms. Lilian, ms. Rachel, Stephanie, patricia, Mr. Black, Matt and mark.
