Non-informative don’t call the clients then when you call in and tell them it’s life or death or you’re gonna change firms. They will call you right back. They told me they were closed for the holidays but if you look on the website, it says open 24 hours my fiancé is handicap and a traumatic brain disorder and the attorney Roxanne Wilcox try to take advantage but when confronted about miscommunications and statements that was made, the case was closed and dropped found out attorney collected $10,000 check from progressive and didn’t tell the client.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible take department. Representative would t allow me to finish my sentences. Could not get opinion from attorney because their intake department was extremely disrespectful.
