I have never felt more supported and protected as I did with Julissa and Jessica at Harrell and Harrell. I had never been in an accident or involved in a lawsuit and even though I was anxious and terrified most of the time, Julissa and Jessica of Harrell and Harrell where literally my saving grace. I felt so protected throughout the entire process. Anytime I started to feel anxious or overwhelmed Julissa and Jessica always put my mind at ease and they took care of everything for me but continuously kept me filled in every step of the way. Nick Lake is fantastic. Working with him is a joy...his firm, not so much. Its unfortunate because all the way through I felt very cared for and then when it became time to "close the deal" so to speak, it seems like things went a little haywire. When dealing with Renee Harrell, I felt very much like a transaction instead of a person and that was disappointing. I actually just decided to settle because I didnt want to deal with it anymore. I would work with Nick again, but not Harrell and Harrell. I give Nick a 5 and Harrell & Harrell a 1 to average out as a 3.
