Dear Holt, Jamie, Paige, Holly and Team, I would like to take a moment to Thank-You for everything you did for me and for my case. I had never been in a lawsuit, so I really had no idea what to expect. All of you were very professional and extremely personable. Everyone seemed to be honestly interested in me as a person as well as all that I had gone through. Whenever I had questions, which was often, they were always answered throughly and in a timely manner. Due to Covid-19, my case was drawn out for several years, yet everyone kept working to get my case resolved. I had an awesome experience with Harrell and Harrell. Attorney Julissa Ali and her paralegal Shayna are an amazing team. I had prompt constant communication and upfront information as to expectations and negotiation status. Harrell & Harrell handled an accident wherein I was injured. The whole staff was very professional. Though my case wasn't worth millions, they treated it as if it were. Any time that I had questions about the process they were very quick to respond with clear answers. In the end I netted nearly eleven times the small amount of money that was offered by the insurance company of the person who hit me. It scares me to think about the people who take the quick check and then have to pay for their own medical expenses for years after the accident, or worse, can't get help because they can't afford it. I'm still hurting now, but I have money to pay for treatment. You can't go wrong having H&H represent you. They did a great job for me.
